Ingredients
  • 1 Pre Chuck Roast
  • 2 cups BBQ Sauce
  • 1/2 cup beef stock or water
  • 12 slider buns
  • 1 small head purple cabbage, outer leaves removed
  • 1 small carrot, shredded
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 1 1/2 tsps onion, finely diced
  • 2 tbsps apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tsps parsley, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
Directions
BBQ Sliders
  • Place roast into a slow cooker and pour BBQ sauce and stock over beef.
  • Cook on low for 5 to 6 hours.
  • Remove the beef from the crockpot.
  • Shred with forks, setting aside any fatty pieces.
  • Return the beef to the crockpot and allow to cook for another 30 minutes.
Cole Slaw
  • Finely shred the cabbage with a mandolin or spiralizer.
  • Mix together all other ingredients.
  • Pour over the shredded cabbage and mix thoroughly.
  • Build sliders with buns, shredded beef, and coleslaw.
  • Enjoy!
